I have been approached by companies advising me to sell my house, or offering me a new loan. Some even tell me that it is my only option. Is this true?
Everyone's circumstances are different. You may find it is best for you to sell or refinance, but that is a decision only you can make. We can assist you with finding a reputable low cost lender or experienced real estate agent if that's the direction you want to go.
How long does the entire process usually take start to finish?
The process can take anywhere from 1 week to a few weeks. The more information you have ready for us, the faster we can resolve your foreclosure.
