Foreclosure Cure will:
- Act as your loss mitigation representative, and work with your mortgage lenders and any other service providers that are appropriate to successfully prevent foreclosure.
- Submit your financial documents and other required documents to lender so that a Workout Plan best suited to your circumstances as determined by the lender and Foreclosure Cure can be secured.
- Pursue creative and alternative options available to you when a Workout Plan with the lender is not possible.
- Carry out obligations to you as specified here in our contract.
- Act professionally and courteous at all times.
